When you can get your money back, and how to ask.
The free plan is the trial. It allows up to 3 projects and the free templates, with no time limit and no card required, so you can see whether dogamotion suits you before subscribing.
If you subscribe to Pro and change your mind, tell us within 14 days of that first payment and we will refund it in full. You do not need to give a reason.
This applies to your first payment on a new subscription. Renewals are covered below.
Renewals are not automatically refundable, because you will have had the plan for the period they cover. Cancel before the renewal date to avoid being charged again.
If a renewal caught you by surprise — you had not used Pro in that period and tell us shortly after the charge — contact us. We would rather sort it out than keep money for something unused.
If a Pro feature does not work as described and we cannot fix it for you, we will refund the period affected, whatever the 14 days say.
The same 14 days apply to your first bank transfer for Pro. A bank transfer does not renew, so there is nothing to cancel: Pro simply ends when the period you paid for does.
If you sent the wrong amount, paid twice, or your transfer was rejected after the money arrived, tell us and we will return what we cannot apply to your account.
A refund on a payment made with a discount code is the amount you actually paid. The code counts as used.
Write to the support address on our contact page from the email address on the account, saying which payment you mean. We aim to reply within two working days.
PayPal payments are refunded through PayPal to the original payment method; PayPal usually takes a few working days to complete it.
Bank transfers are refunded by bank transfer, in rupiah, to an account in the name of the person who paid. Send us the bank, account number, and account holder’s name. Refunds are made within seven working days of approval; any transfer fee is ours to cover.
You can cancel a PayPal subscription from your billing page, or directly in PayPal where the subscription lives. Cancelling stops the next payment; you keep Pro until the period you have already paid for ends, and your projects stay on the free plan afterwards.
Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law where you live. If local law gives you a longer cancellation window, that applies.
